A traditional 18th-century country inn, the uniquely named Lion and Fiddle is situated in the village of Hilperton. With a bar and restaurant, it is only a 5-minute drive from Trowbridge town centre and train station, which has services to Bath.
The inn offers freshly prepared lunch and evening meals, along with bar snacks. When the weather is pleasant, guests can enjoy the well kept garden. The bar stocks a good range of local beers and popular national beers, along with wines and soft drinks. The spacious restaurant serves an a la carte menu and a host of popular house special dishes.
