The Collingdale Guest House - Ilfracombe

This award-winning Victorian guest house offers stunning sea and harbour views, just a few minutes’ walk from Ilfracombe’s beach and town centre. The Collingdale Guest House offers an award-winning full English breakfast and free WiFi in public areas.

The guest bedrooms are pleasantly decorated. Most are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and theyfeature a flat-screen TV, as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests can relax in Collingdale’s lounge and watch TV or enjoy the picturesque scenic views from the window.

Please note that bedrooms are situated over three floors with no lift, so may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility. If you would like a room on a lower floor please advise at the time of booking.

The on-site bar features a good selection of beers, wines and spirits including malt whiskeys and fine brandies for guests to enjoy.

Exmoor National Park is less than a 15-minute drive away and the Ilfracombe Golf Course is just over a mile from the guest house. The major A39 road, which runsthe heart of Cornwall, is less than 15 miles away.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:30.

Sea View with King-Size Bed (En Suite). With views over Ilfracombe Harbour, Hillsborough Nature Reserve and across the sea to the Welsh coast beyond, this room features a king-size bed and is situated on the second floor. The room can be converted to twin beds for longer stays of 3 nights or more (please state at the time of booking by using the Special Requests box. ;
Double Room with Balcony and Sea View - Private External Bathroom. Small double bedded room with floor-to-ceiling sash windows and a balcony with stunning harbour views. There is a shower and basin in the room and a non-ensuite private toilet a few steps along the hallway and down a few stairs, which is ideal for guests who prefer separate facilities. ;
Sea View Double Room (En Suite). The Collingdale has three small double-bed rooms, which have stunning sea and harbour views and are beautifully furnished. One of the rooms is on the second floor and two are situated at the top of the guest house with vaulted ceilings, commanding the best views of the harbour. If you prefer the lower floor please advise at the time of booking. ;
Wooded View DoubleTwin Room (En Suite). We have two doubletwin bed room located on the second and third floor overlooking the front of the house and the wooded area beyond. The room on the third floor has vaulted ceilings, If you prefer a room lower down please indicate at the time of booking. ;
Superior King Room with Sea View with Balcony. This room has a king-size bed and a balcony with views over the harbour and hillside. It features a Victorian marble fireplace, original coving and floor-to-ceiling sash windows. ;
Wooded View with King Size Bed (En Suite). Located on the first floor, this room overlooks the garden at the front of the house and the wooded area beyond. It has a super-king bed and seating area and TV with DVD player.
