Bay Tree Cottage Accommodation - Farthingstone

Set in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside in the village of Farthingstone, just 8 miles from Silverstone Circuit and within access to the HS2 route , Bay Tree Cottage offers a mix of self-catering accommodation.

Located in the centre of the village, Bay Tree Cottage offers a selection of different sized self-contained self catering properties, ranging from a 1 bed studio apartment to a large 3-bed barn conversion.properties have their own fully equipped kitchen and living room areas, and an outdoor patio area. The venue is perfect for group events and gatherings for friends, families and colleagues.

Local activities include horse riding, hiking and guests can go and explore the Midlands and Cotswolds regions. A drop-off service to Silverstone Circuit can be arranged at an extra cost and there is space for helicopter landings if required.

For transportation, access to M1 and M40 is possible 6 miles away and Northampton Railway Station is 10 mile away, offering connections to London.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking the property will endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf and, if successful, will gladly give you a full refund, less GBP 15 admin fee. It is recommended to use travel insurance which covers cancellation charges.

Deluxe Cottage (2-4 Adults) - The Bottle Top. With its own separate entrance, this charming one-bedroom cottage boasts an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a spiral staircase leading to a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This cottage has a sofa bed downstairs so as to accommodate up to 4 guests. The property also provides a TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels. ;
One-Bedroom Studio Apartment - Bakers Den. A delightful one-bedroom studio with small kitchen and living room area leading through to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The high vaulted ceilings give the room a feeling of space, whilst its homely décor and furniture keep it feeling snug and cosy. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment - Weavers. Weavers Retreat is a two-bedroom apartment that has a large fully equipped kitchenliving room plus two double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower rooms. The en-suite bedrooms are large and comfortable. They both have their own access to the outside patioeating area and guests can enjoy wonderful views across the open countryside. Weavers Retreat has been designed and completed with disabled access and bathroom facilities – one of the shower rooms is a wet room. Plus, there is also a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate up to 6 guests. ;
Three-Bedroom Apartment - The Foragers. The Foragers is a three-bedroom apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining and seating area. There are two double bedrooms and a twin with bunk beds. There is one en-suite shower room plus a separate family shower room. The accommodation has underfloor heating. On a summer evening, guests can enjoy sitting outside relaxing in the peaceful countryside. ;
Three-Bedroom House. Set in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside, Cedar Barn is a beautiful spacious property with fabulous views over the open fields. With 3 large double bedrooms,with their own en-suite bathrooms, plus a comfortable sofa bed, Cedar Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests. All the bedrooms can be made up with twin beds, giving the property the flexibility to accommodate groups of family, friends, workers and contractors. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of equipment to cook and prepare your meals, and the spacious open plan setting with eating area and lounge makes it a great space to chat and relax. Bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely patio area which is perfect for alfresco dining or to sit and watch the world go by. Located in the centre of Farthingstone village with plenty of free off-road parking, guests can walk a variety of scenic routes from the door, or enjoy a visit to our local pub which is just a 2 minute walk away.
