Situated 15 minutes away by train from Gatwick Airport and central London, EasyHotel Croydon offers accommodation with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.

There is a 24-hour front desk at the property.

The nearest train station to the Hotel is East Croydon, which is a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

A £100 pre-authorisation per room is required at check-in on your card.

Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorisation will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank.

Hotel Croydon is currently being renovated.

We’re still open, but there could be building work taking place in parts of the hotel between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.

Dogs up to 60cm are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
