Located in the heart of Ayr, just a few minutes walk along tree lined avenues from both the town centre and Ayrs beach and promenade. There are 3 floors at the property but there is no elevator.floors are accessed by stairs.
Please note that dogs will be charged at GBP 10.00 per dog, per night up to a maximum of 3 nights.

Any bookings of 4 rooms or more will be treated as a group booking. A 10% deposit will be required to secure the booking. 40% will be due 4 weeks later.
